Our patented solutions

Lattice pole and related rhomboidal structure

Innovative grid pole with a rhomboidal structure, consisting of interconnected lateral faces that project a polygonal shape. The pole, developed vertically with connected rhomboidal grid elements, is manufactured using WAAM (Wire and Arc Additive Manufacturing) technology.

The patented LATTICE technology enables WAAM production of metal lattice systems.

  • Up to 75% reduction of the environmental impact in terms of raw material waste
  • Up to 60% weight reduction for higher structural efficiency through design optimization

FAQs

What materials do you work with?

We specialize in metal alloys commonly used in aerospace, industrial, and construction contexts — steel, stainless steel, duplex steel, aluminum, but we also provide consultancy for other alloys, such as titanium and bronze.

Do you provide support from concept to final product?

Yes. Our services span ideation, digital design, simulation, prototyping, validation, and training — tailored to your needs.

Can we print on your machines or only consult?

We offer both: in-house prototyping or support to integrate additive into your production chain.

How long does a project typically take?

From first design draft to prototype: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. For validation cycles: 4–10 weeks.

Is D-MOD available for international clients?

Absolutely. We collaborate with universities, companies and research hubs across Europe and North America.

How can I know if metal 3D printing suits best for my need?

We are here to support you in that!
We provide consultancy in the acquisition of new large-scale metal 3D printing systems, and help setting them up for your production.
